Troy on a Sunday afternoon is not an especially happening place - at least not in February...In the summertime downtown Troy hops. The Farmer's Market is in full swing, most cafe's have outdoor seating and the galleries and shops stand with their doors open welcoming you in. In February, however it's cold, windy and raw - not great for walking around. But I still like it here...
